Rustic Bridal Shower – Close Ups

My dear friend Heather is getting married! I had the honor to design and create her bridal shower invitations, enclosure note, party banner, menu, place cards and favor ‘luggage’ tags. Such a fun crowd of ladies and we hope that Heather had a good time celebrating her soon-to-be nuptials.

Inspiration for this invitation came from Heather’s wedding invitations (soon to be posted!) as she had been pinning rustic themed wedding ideas on her board. Originally, the bridesmaids wanted to center our decorations and theme with pink ranunculus in mason jars (hence the design element) but since we ended up switching our venue to a beautifully matched rustic restaurant, this still seemed to work!

Invitees were asked to write some encouraging words for the bride-to-be and mail them back to me to have included in a book we would present to Heather at her bridal shower.

The decor at Coqueta, San Francisco was perfect for the occasion. Party banner was placed in two tall champagne glasses prior to guests arriving.

Place cards and menus (and a bingo card with fun questions about the couple) were tied together and were put on each place-setting.

Each guest got to take home a mini glass succulent pot with a “luggage” style designed favor tag commemorating the special day.

Congrats Heather! The countdown begins until the Big Day!
